By accessing or using AEOAgent.Ai ("the Service"), available at aeoagent.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Service is owned and operated by SmartDuke Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"), accessible at www.smartduke.com. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AEOAgent.Ai provides AI Answer Engine Optimization analysis tools that evaluate web pages across 12 factors for visibility in AI-powered search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Free and Paid Plans
The free tier provides up to 3 scans per day. The Pro plan ($9/month) provides unlimited scans, AI-powered insights, and PDF report exports. Pro plan payments are one-time, non-recurring charges valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. There is no automatic renewal. All billing is managed by SmartDuke Technologies.
5. Payment and Billing
All payments are processed through PayPal. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All billing and invoicing is handled by SmartDuke Technologies. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
6. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any paid plans or services. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. For more details, please see our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) use automated tools to excessively scrape or overload the Service; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service; (e) resell or redistribute scan results commercially without permission.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of SmartDuke Technologies and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that analysis results are fully accurate or comprehensive. The scores and recommendations provided are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional SEO or legal advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartDuke Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
