Refund Policy

All sales are final — No refunds
AEOAgent.Ai operates a strict no-refund policy. All purchases made through our platform are final and non-refundable. Please review our plans carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
SmartDuke Technologies ("Company"), the owner and operator of AEOAgent.Ai, does not offer refunds for any paid plans, subscriptions, or services purchased through the Service. This applies to all payment methods and all subscription types.
2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds
AEOAgent.Ai is a digital service that provides immediate access to analysis tools upon purchase. Since the service is delivered instantly and usage begins immediately after payment, all transactions are considered final. We encourage users to take advantage of our free tier (3 scans per day) to evaluate the Service before upgrading.
3. Subscription Details
The Pro plan is a one-time payment of $9 valid for 30 days. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. After 30 days, your account will revert to the free plan unless you make a new purchase. All billing is managed by SmartDuke Technologies.
4. Exceptions
In rare cases of duplicate charges or technical errors where the Service was completely unavailable during your entire subscription period, we may review the situation on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To report such issues, contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with PayPal or your financial institution, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us first at support@aeoagent.ai to resolve any billing concerns.
6. Account Cancellation
You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining subscription period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until your current subscription period expires.
